In this 4 hour class you will learn…

tips on how to keep your dough from spreading
how to make royal icing (recipe included)
how to prepare piping bags/bottles
how to hold an icing bag/bottle
the importance of different consistencies for various techniques
how to use different shapes and sizes of decorating tips
the basics of outlining cookies
how to flood cookies using pastry bags and bottles
step-by-step how to decorate 8 cookies
Everyone will decorate 8 “we go together like…” cookies to take home (Peanut Butter & Jelly, Bacon & Egg, Strawberry & Champagne, and Milk & Cookie). This is a decorating class only, no baking involved. Cookies, refreshments, and all materials provided.
This class must have a minimum of at least 4 students or the class will be cancelled and students refunded. Maximum of 10 students.
THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE CLASS. If you cannot attend and decide to have a friend come in your place please email me so I have the correct participant name in my records.
